What To Expect
Let’s Get to Know Each Other
The experience starts when your appointment is booked, you will then receive intake forms via text and/or email. We appreciate you filling these forms out prior to your appointment, this allows us to get to know one another better and help give you a seamless experience.
Arriving at the Salon
Please arrive early so you have plenty of time to enjoy our cozy seating area and settle into your new salon home. We promise to value your time by doing our best to stay on schedule, you will always be greeted with a warm smile. Shop around or relax with a refreshment to help you relax.
The Consultation
Our first priority after we meet is making sure we understand everything there is to know about your hair/skin/lashes depending upon what services you are seeing us for. From your dreams to nightmares, your entire hair/skin/lash history, your daily routine, and your current struggles. We'll look at inspiration photos and talk about your priorities.
​Once we have a clear understanding of your desires, your stylist/lash artist will develop a unique plan tailored to your specific needs. We'll go over the game plan in full detail, create a maintenance schedule, and answer every question you have to make sure you're fully confident and ready before moving forward.
Our goal is always to provide the highest quality of service, and that comes with asking a lot of the RIGHT questions.

After the consultation, your service provider will get to work! Every single step of the way we use top of the line products to produce the highest quality results. We will work efficiently to respect your time, but we will never sacrifice the quality of our work by rushing on your service. Throughout the service we will chat more in depth about how to maintain your desired results at home!
Bring a book, TV show, or work laptop with you to keep busy. Your stylist will always make sure you're comfortable with a warm cup of coffee or cold glass of wine in hand. It's our belief that your time in our salon is YOURS to spend how you please, so you never have to worry about how to spend your time during your appointment.
